DELIVERY TERMS

SHIPPING DATES

We dispatch pallets on our main shipping week Monday – Wednesday.
On our non-import shipping week we ship Tuesday / Wednesday.
These dates are always clearly outlined in pre-orders and mailers.

UNITS

We have a wide range of prices and box sizes so we find it easier to work in units rather than minimum spends.

1 Unit = Any full box
(24x44cl/24x33cl/12x375ml/6x75cl/6x50cl)

2 Units = 10L / 20L / 30L

OUR MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY IS 2 UNITS

We endeavour to always make sure we get our stock to you in the most cost effective manner that we can.

SHIPPING MODES

PALLET DELIVERY

20 + units FREEs
15-19 unit = £10
11-14 units = £20
5-10 units = £40

If you are taking a pallet you must supply us with a mobile number of a person available to answer from 9am on the day. We can ask for after 10am deliveries, but with pallet deliveries the more flexible you can be the better. All trucks will come with a tail-lift.

COURIER DELIVERY

Delivery charge
£5.75 per box*
£10 per plastic keg
£15 per steel keg
(*All GLASS bottles will be repacked safely at an extra charge of £4 per box)

*We cannot send 30L kegs via Courier.

PAYMENT TERMS

FIRST ORDER

First orders are always an upfront payment. After this you can choose to pay using other of the two methods below.

UPFRONT PAYMENT

We of course are happy to take payment upfront before stock leaves our warehouse. If you prefer to make sure invoices are settled up as you go this is great, we just need to make sure.

14 DAY DIRECT DEBIT

We offer as standard 14 days credit on Direct Debit Only. If you are not on Direct Debit and would like to be please email us and let us know. We will get a mandate sent over straight away.

21 DAY DIRECT DEBIT

We want you to get stuck into our stock – we have Wine / Beer / Spirits.
So if you spend on average £6000(ex vat) per 1/4 we will move you onto 21 Day DD. This will be reviewed every 1/4. If you fall out of the £6000 spend you will be notified about the terms change.
